Photo Sessions

Thank you for choosing Late Bloomers Flower Farm for your photography session!  Please take a moment to read the following information before submitting your session booking request using the REQUEST SESSION button below.

If you are visiting our farm during a you-pick event and you have paid an entry fee, you are welcome to take as many personal photos with your cell phone that your heart desires.

Late Bloomers Flower Farm defines portrait photography as all engagement, family, maternity, portfolio, prom, graduation, and any other posed portraiture of individuals by professional photographers, as well as semi-pro, pro-am or amateur photographers.

Portrait photography services are allowed on the farm and offered by appointment only. All sessions must be reserved, approved and paid in advance by a photographer. If you are looking to book a session as an individual, please be sure to find a photographer first so they can reserve on your behalf. All photography sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online scheduling system. Please select your preferred session type and available time when booking.

🌱 Tulip Care & Field Etiquette

Our tulips are living plants and part of a carefully maintained field. To help protect the blooms and ensure a beautiful experience for all guests, we ask that photographers and clients follow these guidelines:

• Please remain out of the planting rows and use designated walking paths only

• Do not walk between or over tulip rows

• Sitting, laying, or leaning on the tulips is not permitted

• Any flowers that are picked or damaged must be purchased at standard market pricing

We truly appreciate your help in caring for the field so it can be enjoyed all season long.

🐾 Pet Policy

We love dogs and understand they’re part of the family. However, dogs are not permitted inside the flower field to protect the tulips and ensure the safety of all guests. Pets are welcome in designated non-field areas only.

📸 Photographer Responsibility

Photographers are responsible for ensuring that their clients follow all field rules and guidelines. Failure to follow these policies may result in the session ending early without refund.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

All photography session bookings are non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather or special circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your session based on availability. Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made at our discretion to protect the field and provide the best experience possible.

Photography Session Options

🌷 Shared Field Photography Session — $30

• One-hour photography session

• Up to two photographers may be scheduled during the same time slot

• Ideal for family, senior, couple, and content sessions

• Ample space to work respectfully alongside another photographer

🌼 Private Field Photography Session — $60

• One-hour session with exclusive access to the tulip field

• No other photographers scheduled during your time

• Perfect for styled shoots, branding sessions, or uninterrupted work
